1 Agreement to Terms
By engaging Saskatoon IT Solution for services or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

3 Service Agreements & Quotes
- All services begin with a written or verbal quote reviewed and approved by the client
- Verbal or written approval of a quote constitutes acceptance of all associated terms and pricing
- We reserve the right to revise quotes if the scope of work changes materially after initial assessment
- Emergency services may be rendered without a formal quote where time is critical; standard rates apply
4 Payment Terms
- Repair services: Payment due upon completion of service and before device pickup
- Managed IT plans: Billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month
- Project work: 50% deposit required before work begins; balance due on project completion
- Late payments: Accounts overdue by 30+ days are subject to 2% monthly interest on outstanding balance
- Saskatoon IT Solution reserves the right to withhold completed work or equipment until full payment is received
5 Repair Warranty
- Labour warranty: 30 days on all repair workmanship from the date of service completion
- Parts warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies to all new parts installed by our technicians
- No warranty is provided on repairs involving customer-supplied parts or components
- Warranty is void if work is subsequently altered, repaired, or tampered with by a third party
- Warranty covers the specific repair performed; it does not cover unrelated faults, pre-existing conditions, or issues arising from normal wear
6 Data Loss & Device Liability
- Back up your data before service. Certain repair procedures — including but not limited to hard drive replacement, SSD replacement, OS reinstallation, motherboard repair, and liquid damage remediation — carry an inherent risk of data loss. Saskatoon IT Solution is not responsible for any data loss that occurs during or as a result of hardware replacement or any repair procedure.
- We will make reasonable efforts to preserve customer data where technically possible, but we make no guarantee that data can or will be recovered. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining current backups of all important files.
- Any personal data encountered on a device during service is treated as strictly confidential. Technicians access only what is necessary to complete the requested repair and do not copy, transfer, or retain customer files.
- Devices left unclaimed for 60 days after service completion and notification may be responsibly recycled or disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the owner. Saskatoon IT Solution bears no liability for data on disposed devices.
7 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for those specific services. Saskatoon IT Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
8 Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage our services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized access to computer systems, circumventing security controls, data theft, or distribution of malicious software. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion.
9 Privacy
The collection, use, and protection of personal information in connection with our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
